Legal Information & Consumer Protection
Why This Legal Disclaimer
Page Exists?
Real estate comes with important legal requirements, disclosures, and consumer protections. While this page contains the official information required for my website and real estate practice, I believe you deserve to know
why these items matter; not just that they exist.

My goal is simple: to be transparent, protect your privacy, and help you make informed decisions throughout your real estate journey.
Most visitors will never need to read every policy on this page, and that's okay. They're here because federal law, Florida law, brokerage requirements, and website best practices require them to be available should you ever need them.
If you ever have questions about anything listed here, I'm always happy to explain it in plain English.
Now the Disclaimers
The Legal stuff with a built in explanation of why they exist.
Don't be afraid to check it out.
Wire Fraud
Why this is here?
Unfortunately, wire fraud is a real risk in today's real estate transactions—this guide explains how to stay safe and avoid becoming a victim.
BEWARE OF WIRE FRAUD
If you are wiring funds, you must verify wire instructions verbally by phone and independently with the Title Company before sending. Zhaydrix Robles and Optima One Realty, Inc. are not responsible for the loss or theft of intercepted wires or personal information and DO NOT send wire instructions via email.
Fair Housing
Why this is here?
Affirms my commitment to providing equal professional service to everyone in accordance with federal and state Fair Housing laws.
Optima One Realty, Inc, and Zhaydrix Robles, LLC and its technology provider, Inside Real Estate, fully support the principles of the Fair Housing Act (Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968), as amended, which generally prohibits discrimination in the sale, rental, and financing of dwellings, and in other housing-related transactions, based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status (including children under the age of 18 living with parents of legal custodians, pregnant women, and people securing custody of children under the age of 18), and handicap (disability). As an adjunct to the foregoing commitment, both Optima One Realty, Inc and Inside Real Estate actively promote, and are committed to, creating and fostering an environment of diversity throughout their respective organizations and franchise systems, and each views such a concept as a critical component to the on-going success of their business operations.
